Beyond climbing, Rock Mill is home to a growing yoga, movement and fitness community. Our newly expanded fitness area provides plenty of room to move and play as you build strength and mobility, and weekly yoga classes in the climbing hall provide the space you need to flow safely.

Mobility for Climbers with Carly
Mondays @ 6pm
In this class, you will work with Carly to increase functional mobility throughout your body. To achieve this students will expand current ranges of motion, while focusing on learning to control and strengthen through the full range of motion in each joint. Increasing mobility can help you move better, climb better, and feel better.

Strong Flow with Cara
Mondays @ 7:30pm
Strong Flow is a Vinyasa inspired class designed to build strength and stability both on and off the wall. Class is designed for all levels, but will provide a challenge for those looking to dig deep. The class finishes with deep stretching and openers to release and restore.

Power Vinyasa with Liz/Robbie
Tuesdays @ 6pm
Join Robbie as he subs for Liz’s maternity leave for a 60-minute Power Vinyasa class that includes flow elements, core work, standing series, and a relaxing wind-down to savasana. Advanced variations are given but this class is also a great option for new students looking to gain strength, flexibility and mind-body awareness.



Peak Pose with Martha
Saturdays @ 9am
In this class you will work through a series of pose progressions leading you to your deepest expression. Each month, a new pose will be featured. We will go through a warm-up and smart sequencing to prepare the body to safely enter the peak pose. The sequence will conclude with a set of counterposes to round out the practice.

Restorative Yoga with Cara
Sundays @ 9am
A class designed to leave you feeling rested, resorted, and feeling good!
Starting with meditation and breath work to bring steadiness to the mind, followed with restorative postures. Finishing with a slow mindful flow, before heading to our final resting posture.
Class is designed for all levels, props are used to support the body
Rock Mill offers different options for training for optimal fitness.

WEIGHT TRAINING
Our weight training area is stocked with barbells, dumbbells, benches, and a steel frame for hanging exercises. We also have several kettlebells and resistance bands.
MOVEMENT & RINGS
Our fitness room has an open space with rubber flooring for bodyweight movement, box jumps, and three sets of rings at adjustable heights. Basic cardio equipment is also available.
