Spring Member Party & Cookout

Bring meat & veggies to throw on the grill and enjoy some sunshine with good company for our Spring Member Party & Cookout! Hang out on the lawn for some good ol' fashioned cornhole, tie-dye (white RM t-shirts will be on sale for $15 or bring your own), free 15-minute stretch demos by our friends at Stretch Lab Hudson, and a raffle.

Here's how the raffle works

Everyone will get one ticket at the cookout. If you completed all four weeks of the Skills Challenge, you’ll get extra tickets. And if you climb the secret skills route we’re setting that day, you’ll get one more.

One lucky winner will receive the GRAND PRIZE — a one-month membership to Rock Mill. We'll also be raffling off Rock Mill swag and climbing accessories.

The Rock Mill Skills Challenge

A climbing scavenger hunt with weekly prizes, bonus activities, and a chance to win a free one-month membership. Each week in April, you’ll find six climbing skills “hidden” on the wall. Try them all, then submit your Skills Sheet to enter that week’s raffle.

Women & The Wind Documentary

We’re stoked to be hosting a screening of Women & The Wind as part of its world tour. This documentary chronicles a group of women who attempt a North Atlantic crossing on a 50-year old wooden catamaran.

First Friday of the month

College Night

Come hang out and climb with other college students and enjoy $12-day passes on the first Friday of the month.

Youth Open Climb

Whether you're homeschooling or just have the day off, this is a great way to have some fun and get your kids moving. $12 for the first child, and $10 for each additional child.

Hatha Yoga with Pam

Experience balance and mindfulness in our Hatha Yoga class. Through deliberate poses and calming sequences, you’ll build strength, flexibility, and focus.
Tuesdays | 6:00 PM

Vinyasa with Robbie

A steady vinyasa flow, pairing movement with breath. Find new challenges for your balance and strength. Wraps up with deep stretches and stillness.
Wednesdays | 6:00 PM

Mindful Yoga with Robbie

A traditional Vinyasa class with short guided mediations. Add to your toolset to help yourself maintain a healthy mind and body. Great for anyone looking to find focus in their climbing sessions, start a mindfulness practice or simply to grow as a yogi!
Last Thursday of every month | 6:00 PM

Mobility for Climbers with Carly

In this class, you will work with Carly to increase functional mobility throughout your body. To achieve this students will expand current ranges of motion, while focusing on learning to control and strengthen through the full range of motion in each joint. Increasing mobility can help you move better, climb better, and feel better.
Thursdays | 7:30 PM

Vinyasa Yoga with Cara

Join Cara for a 60 minute vinyasa flow. A great end to a climbing session or start to an evening out with friends, this feel-good class will leave you buzzing with good vibes and a calm mind. Perfect for all skill levels.
Saturdays | 9:00 AM

Peak Pose with Martha

In this class you will work through a series of pose progressions leading you to your deepest expression. Each month, a new pose will be featured. We will go through a warm-up and smart sequencing to prepare the body to safely enter the peak pose. The sequence will conclude with a set of counterposes to round out the practice.
Sundays | 9:00 AM

Restorative Yoga with Cara

A class designed to leave you feeling rested, resorted, and feeling good! Starting with meditation and breath work to bring steadiness to the mind, followed with restorative postures. Finishing with a slow mindful flow, before heading to our final resting posture.

Get moving in our fitness and studio spaces

Our gym has a full powerlifting setup, kettlebells, rings, and open space for movement. For quieter practices like yoga and meditation, take advantage of our studio space.

Came for the climbing, stayed for the community

Climb with new friends, climb with your family, play ping-pong, get into a yoga routine, lift weights, co-work at the Coffee Bar. Whatever it is, we’re here for it.
