Start with a Vinyasa flow to build heat, increase circulation, and connect breath with movement. The class then transitions into Yin, holding long, gentle stretches to target deep connective tissue while supporting mindfulness and breath. An equal blend of movement and stillness leaves students feeling balanced and refreshed.
