Host a private party or event and make the most of your time here at Rock Mill!

  • Pricing: $325 for the first 20 people (includes all climbers and spectators). Requires two-week notice.
  • Additional Climbers: $15 per person for anyone using gym facilities beyond the initial 20.
  • Spectators: Free after the first 20 people, but they still count toward our 40-person maximum building capacity.
  • Deposit: A $100 non-refundable deposit required at booking.
  • Cafe Service: An additional $100 for cafe service during the event.
  • Kids Policy: For groups of children, a minimum of one adult is required for every five kids.
  • Cancellation Policy: Must cancel at least 48 hours before the event to avoid forfeiting the deposit.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I bring outside food and drink? 

Yes! We can also set up extra tables for your group. Email us at info@rockmillclimbing.com beforehand so we can have the tables prepared.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothes you can move around in. For safety and hygiene reasons, we ask that everyone wears a shirt while climbing.

Anything we need to do before our group visits?

No! But if you want to save some time, you can watch the orientation video and sign your waiver ahead of time by clicking here.
