Facility Rentals
$325
Host a private party or event and make the most of your time here at Rock Mill!
- Pricing: $325 for the first 20 people. Requires a two-week notice.
- Additional guests: $12 per person after the initial 20, up to a maximum of 40 guests.
- Deposit: A $100 non-refundable deposit required at booking.
- Cafe Service: An additional $100 for cafe service during the event.
- Kids Policy: For groups of children, a minimum of one adult is required for every five kids.
- Cancellation Policy: Must cancel at least 48 hours before the event to avoid forfeiting the deposit.
