Developed in collaboration with camp4humanperformance, this 5-week intensive course is perfect for climbers at any stage, whether you're tackling V3 or V13.
Here’s what to expect:
- Week 1: Goal Setting & Strength Assessment: Identify your objectives and evaluate your current climbing abilities.
- Week 2: Strength Building: Learn on-the-wall and off-the-wall exercises to boost your strength and performance.
- Week 3: Power Development: Focus on off-the-wall exercises designed to increase your explosive power.
- Week 4: Climbing Endurance: Build the stamina you need for longer and more challenging climbs.
- Week 5: Wrap-Up & Reassessment: Evaluate your progress, reassess and redefine your personal goals, and walk away with a system for continuous improvement.
