Rock Mill is a great place for youth interested in pursuing rock climbing as a sport. We offer several ways for kids to learn how to climb together–or to train and compete.
The Rock Mill Climbing Club is an experiential program where young climbers learn falling technique, basic climbing techniques, and climbing related fitness. The program runs one-hour twice a week throughout the 11-week session.

The Junior Team is a competitive climbing team designed for athletes competing in the D and C categories of the USA Climbing events. Athletes will practice twice each week to advance their climbing technique, learn new skills, and improve their fitness. Team members will compete in multiple local events both in bouldering and on top rope. Team members are required to have a USA Climbing competitor memberships.
Junior Team season runs from August 22, 2022 – May 25, 2023.

Team Rock Mill is an advanced competitive climbing team designed for athletes competing in the B, A, and Jr categories of USA Climbing events. Athletes will practice 3 times a week with the team as well as climb 1-2 times a week outside of practice. Team members will work on competition mindset, advance their climbing skills and technique, improve their fitness, and should have a goal of advancement in USA Climbing events. Team members will compete in both bouldering and rope climbing events.
Team Rock Mill season runs from August 22, 2022 – May 25, 2023.
