Whether you’ve been part of the Rock Mill crew for years, or just getting started, we want to you to know that we prioritize the health and well-being of our community in every decision we make.  Please take some time to review our policies and procedures for Rock Mill during these uncertain times.

Health Policies

Do not visit the gym if you are experiencing symptoms or have been exposed to COVID-19.

Wash or sanitize your hands when entering the gym and frequently throughout your visit.

Masks are optional for fully vaccinated individuals. If you are not vaccinated or feel more comfortable wearing a mask, mask up!

Gym Updates
  • Rock Mill has lifted our gym occupancy limit.
  • Loose chalk, chalk balls, and liquid chalk are all allowed.
  • Drinking fountains are now open.
  • Cubbies and lockers are now available at full capacity.
  • Yoga props and mats are now available.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Reservation Questions

All members, punch pass holders, and guests are permitted to visit Rock Mill. 

No reservations are needed to visit the gym at any time.

We no longer require reservations! Stop in at any time to climb, workout, or take a class.

Note: We do require booking Bouldering 1 in advance because it is a paid class.

Yes, we are currently providing shoe rentals. Just ask at the front desk!

Membership Questions

Anyone can purchase a membership at any time by clicking here.

We understand if you feel uncomfortable attending the gym at this time. If you would like to freeze or cancel your membership, you can do so by clicking here

General Questions

We are doing everything we can to ensure the health and safety of our community as we reopen. You can read about our decisions in detail on this page.

Yes, the fitness room, including the tension board and all weight training equipment, are available to you at any time during open hours.

Currently we are offering two in-person yoga class – one on Saturday mornings and one on Sunday mornings at 8am in the climbing hall.  We are also offering a Bouldering Fundamentals class every Wednesday from 7pm-8pm, and a Bouldering 1 Workshop every other Saturday from 1:30pm – 3:00pm.

Yes, children are welcome to visit!
