How can I change my membership?

We love being flexible. If you want to change your membership, we are happy to apply what you’ve paid towards the future dues of whatever membership type you want to switch to. This could mean applying monthly dues towards a year prepaid, or converting an individual membership to a family membership. Just call or stop by the front desk to discuss your options.

What is a membership freeze?

Something come up and you can’t climb for a couple months? Use the form below to freeze your monthly membership for just $10/mo until you’re able to reactivate it again with no start-up cost!

How can I cancel my membership?

Use the form below to cancel your membership. We hope to see you back sometime soon! If you are on a monthly membership, be sure to cancel before the 1st of the month when monthly dues are billed.
