In this 4-week series, we'll break down the categories of functional movement and determine the perfect approach for you based on your current available flexibility and mobility. You'll walk away with a clear understanding of your ideal setup for each movement pattern, any limitations you might be experiencing, and action steps on where to start and how to improve over time.

  • Week 1: Hinge
  • Week 2: Squat/Lunge
  • Week 3: Upper Body Push/Pull
  • Week 4: Core/Carry

Class dates: February 22nd and 29th and March 14th and 21st.
